We offer you services of cutting, curvilinear milling and hole drilling on some of the most modern CNC machining centers SKILL 300 from BIESSE and PROFIT H 20 from FELDER. On such machines, machining operations can be carried out with an accuracy of up to 0.2 mm. These machines are programmed and controlled by software: WOODFLASH, BIESSE WORKS and OSI which provides our customers with full repeatability of each element.
We offer the service of cutting the material purchased by you. We carry it out with a professional panel saw BIESSE SEKTOR 430, allowing you to cut the material with an accuracy of 0.2 mm.
The saw is equipped with two saws, thanks to which the cut material is free of any damage on both sides.
The high efficiency of the machine ( the ability to cut packages of material up to 80 mm thick ) allows the realization of large orders in a very short time.
Cutting service applies to all wood-like materials: melamine furniture board, raw board,plywood, OSB, HDF, MDF.
The planning of the cutting is based on professional algorithms, allowing to obtain the optimal use of the material.
Along with the service of cutting furniture board, we offer edge banding services. These are performed using modern CNC edgebanding machines.
They are equipped with pre-milling units, making accurate alignment of the surface before edgebanding, which results in excellent quality of the veneer surface and the absence of any chipping of the board at the interface with the veneer. During the veneering process, the material is sanded in the final stage, which allows to obtain smooth and elegant edges.
